For the first time in a very long time we are seeing multiple offers
with mortgage interest rates at their lowest point in 60 years. This
is finally great news for the sellers. Yet we are almost at historic
opportunity, in terms of the cost of owning relative to renting.
It is hard to think of time in the last two or three decades when
it has been as good to buy as right now..........call me today -- now
it's time to sell or buy real estate!!!
